Baan Capo is a chic and stylish 4 bedroom beach house, located on the scenic Bang Rak bay, also known as Big Buddha Beach. This highly specified standalone property is set on the quieter end of the beach, away from the bars and nightlife of the village centre, which are still within convenient walking distance, together with numerous shops, spas, and watersports.

A high wall separates the property from the street, with an ornate wooden door opening into a sala pavilion foyer with cushioned bench seating, and the beautiful central courtyard beyond. Directly ahead, sliding glass doors lead to the spacious open-plan living room, with a large satellite TV with DVD, and a Harmon Kardon and JBL surround sound system. Vaulted teakwood ceilings are fitted with concealed air-conditioning as well as ceiling fans. The open-plan kitchen is completed with Smeg appliances, including a espresso machine, microwave oven, two standard ovens, and a wine fridge.

Baan Capo’s living room opens up with floor-to-ceiling glass doors to the patio and pool deck. A spacious covered area houses a hardwood dining table seating 10, and an outdoor lounge. The expansive infinity pool takes centre stage and is flanked by sunbeds, parasols, another dining table, couches, a canopied double daybed, as well as a state-of-the-art BBQ. The rim-flow pool has a shallow section for children, and stairs lead down from the pool deck to the white powder sand beach. As the villa elevated above the beach, guests enjoy spectacular views, while occasional passers-by cannot look directly into the villa.

Baan Capo offers comfortable accommodation in its four spacious 36sqm bedrooms. The two master suites open up to pool deck and beach to the front, and to the covered patio and dining area to the side. Master suites boast king-size beds, built-in headboards with reading lights, and TVs with DVD. As with the living room, ceilings are vaulted, and fitted with both air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Their en-suite garden bathrooms feature terrazzo bathtubs, open-air rain showers, as well as indoor showers, double vanities, and dressing rooms.

Two twin bedrooms, each with additional pull-out bed, open onto the garden courtyard with shaded seating areas. The twin bedrooms also offer TVs with DVD, as well as plenty of wardrobe space. En-suite bathrooms are equipped with open-air rain showers set in private tropical gardens, as well as indoor showers, double vanities, and dressing areas.

The charming staff at Baan Capo have their own entrance, as well as a separate service area. The attentive manageress and her team provide unobtrusive service. Complimentary Continental breakfast is included, while chef service is included for lunch and dinner. The pool deck is the ideal spot to watch the sun go down while enjoying cocktails or a barbeque.

The villa is on a hilltop in Chaweng Noi, within 5 minutes of the beach, about 10 minutes drive from Chaweng to the north and Lamai to the south, 20 minutes from the airport, with Royal Samui Golf a couple of minutes drive away.

Daily Villa Rates 2024
Rates are for the entire property, with discounts for reduced occupancy as follows:
4 bedroom sleeps 8 adults.
3 bedroom sleeps 6 adults.

-Rates are exclusive of 10% service and 7% tax.
-Rates are inclusive of continental or Chinese breakfast, chef service, and daily maid service.
-Extra bed charge is $50++ USD per person.
-One airport transfer each way is complimentary, with extra transfers charged at $45+ USD per trip, and subject to 7% tax.
-Minimum stay of 3 nights in low and standard season, 5 nights for Easter and CNY, 7 nights for Xmas or NY, and 10 nights for stays over Xmas and NY.
-Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 10:30, although early arrival and late departure may be requested subject to availability.
-Initial 30% of rental cost is required to secure a booking, with balance due 45 days prior to arrival, except for bookings over Xmas/NY and CNY, when balance is required 60 days prior to arrival.
