Baan Chaai Haat is a charming and tastefully decorated beachfront villa, with a private freeform pool and expansive sun deck. Located within a gated residential community on the south east coast of Koh Samui, the villa offers direct access onto the white powder sands of the tranquil Natien beach.

The villa is a child-friendly, single storey home, with an air-conditioned, open-plan living room, including a lounge, dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Sliding glass doors open onto the poolside deck, furnished with sun-loungers, parasols, and al-fresco dining set.

Baan Chaai Haat comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suite with king-size beds. The fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed, with access to the nearby guest bathroom. The master bedroom overlooks the beach and sea, and features an en-suite bathroom with shower and tub.

The villa features air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, and all the windows are inter-changeable between glass and mosquito netting to create an ideal ambience at all times. Equipped with cable TV and DVD/CD players, Baan Chaai Haat is fully-accessorised for total comfort.  
 
Far removed from the busy Samui tourist areas, Natien beach is quiet and child-friendly, with calm shallow lagoon. During the winter months the beaches and shallow sandy lagoon become an ideal location for kite-surfing.

Location
On the southern coast of Koh Samui, some 30 minutes from the airport, 40 minutes from the golf course, and 10 minutes from the town of Lamai.
In the Summer low tide season, the beach can extend for up to 100 metres.
