Baan Flora is a beachfront villa with three bedrooms and four bathrooms, set in landscaped gardens with spacious sundecks and a large private swimming pool. The villa nestles in a secluded and very private position within a gated villa community on the south-east coast of Koh Samui.

Facing the swimming pool and beach, the open-plan living room includes a comfortable lounge with TV/music entertainment centre, a dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. The villa is fully air-conditioned, with additional ceiling fans throughout, and includes complimentary WiFi internet connection. Glass doors open onto the expansive pool deck and garden. The deck is furnished with loungers and parasols, and features a sala pavilion with outdoor lounge and al-fresco dining set. A large outdoor Jacuzzi facing the beach connects to a plunge pool alongside the beachfront sala.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes, and a large en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower. The 3 further en-suite bedrooms include 2 Queens, and a twin.

Far removed from the island’s busy tourist areas, Natien beach is quiet and child-friendly, with calm shallow lagoon. During the winter months the beaches and shallow sandy lagoon become an ideal location for kite-surfing.

Location
On the southern coast of Koh Samui, some 30 minutes from the airport, 40 minutes from the golf course, and 10 minutes from the town of Lamai.
In the Summer low tide season, the beach can extend for up to 100 metres.
