The air-conditioned open-plan living room includes a lounge area, with a sofa and 2 armchairs, a dining table seating 6, a large flat screen TV, and a fully-equipped kitchen, separated by a breakfast bar seating 2. Facilities include a large double fridge/freezer, a 4-ring electric hob, double sink and a microwave. The living room features vaulted wooden ceiling, 6 sets of full-length French doors, and ceiling fans. The infinity-edge beachfront swimming pool is flanked by a sand-wash deck, furnished with 4 sun loungers.

The master bedroom faces the beach and sea view, and features a king-size bed, lounge area with satellite TV/DVD,  and a dressing table. The en-suite master bathroom has twin basins, a walk-in shower, and a large outdoor sunken terrazzo bath that is completely enclosed and private. The adjacent second en-suite bedroom overlooks the garden, and also has a King-size bed, dressing table, and satellite TV/DVD. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, with polished wooden floors, and concealed ceiling lighting.

The grass lawned garden includes an open-sided sala pavilion overlooking the pool and beach. A private gate leads from the bottom of the garden directly onto the beach.

Free WiFi internet connection is installed at the villa for guests use. Fully integrated alarm and security system is supplemented by a patrolling guard at night. On the northern coast of Koh Samui, about 5 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from Bophut Fisherman's Village, and 10 minutes from Chaweng. Samui golf club is around 20 minutes drive away. Big Buddha bay area offers an array of restaurants, shops, bars, and entertainment within walking distance along the beach.
