Ban Lealay is perched on the sheer heights of Bophut Hill, overlooking the entire bay below, with stunning views to the neighboring islands of Koh Phangan and Koh Som. A couple of minutes from the trendy Bophut Fisherman’s Village and beach, this spacious and airy property is designed in contemporary style, and decorated with an eclectic collection of regional artifacts and paintings.

The upper level comprises three en-suite bedrooms; two double bedrooms with king-size beds, and one twin bedroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and feature sea views, satellite TV/DVD, individual safes, and large en-suite bathrooms with walk-in shower, as well as terrazzo bathtub in all of the double bedrooms. The fourth en-suite double bedroom with king-size bed is located on the floor below, opening directly onto the pool deck.

The large open-plan living room includes a lounge, dining table seating 8, and a fully equipped kitchen. With floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening onto the pool deck, the living room readily extends into a vast indoor-outdoor entertainment area, framed by the spectacular infinity-edge swimming pool, and sea views beyond. The expansive pool deck is furnished with cushioned sun-loungers and parasol. Adjacent to the pool deck, an open-sided Sala, or pavilion, offers lounging at the far edge of the deck, immersed in the unobstructed views. A BBQ with al-fresco dining set completes the outdoor living area.

On the lower level, a sauna and steam room is complemented by a well-equipped and air-conditioned private gym, both of which feature great sea views.

Ban Lealay features complimentary broadband satellite WiFi internet connectivity throughout the property, together with an iPod dock on the stereo system in the lounge.

The villa is located on a hilltop, about 10 minutes drive from Chaweng, 5 minutes from Bophut Fisherman’s village, with Santiburi Golf and Country club some 20 minutes drive away.

Rates are for the entire property, with discounts for reduced occupancy as follows:

-Rates are exclusive of 10% service and 7% tax.

-Extra guest charge is $50++ USD per person.
-One airport transfer each way is complimentary, with extra transfers charged at 800 THB per trip.
-Minimum stay of 3 nights in low and standard season, 5 nights for Easter and CNY, 7 nights for Xmas or NY, and 10 nights for stays over Xmas and NY.
-Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 10:30, although early arrival and late departure may be requested subject to availability.
-Initial 30% of rental cost is required to secure a booking, with balance due 45 days prior to arrival, except for bookings over Xmas/NY and CNY, when balance is required 60 days prior to arrival.
