Baan Chom Tawan is the largest of the six Dhevatara Cove villas, with 6 bedrooms sleeping up to 12 guests, elegantly furnished and decorated in contemporary Thai style. Facing the sunset sea views over the white powder sand beach of Lipa Noi, Baan Chom Tawan is a spacious and comfortable holiday home.

A Thai Sala style entrance leads across a water feature, through the garden and up some steps into the central formal dining room, which is open to the front and rear, with views of the pool, garden, and sea, and set under a high vaulted wood-paneled ceiling. A teak-wood dining set is arranged in the centre of the room, with an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen to the left. The kitchen includes an island, breakfast bar, and a range of redwood units topped with black onyx surfaces.

Off the dining room to the right is a twin bedroom with LCD TV/DVD, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Opposite the twin bedroom is another bedroom with a separate dressing area and a large en-suite bathroom with twin sinks, shower and free-standing bathtub. This bedroom opens onto a private terrace, with sea views across the pool and garden.

Upstairs are two further double bedrooms, facing the front and rear of the villa. The bedroom to the rear is en-suite with a walk-in shower and private balcony. Facing the sea is a double bedroom with vaulted ceiling, dressing room, an LCD TV/DVD, a private balcony with outdoor seating, and a large en-suite bathroom with twin sinks, shower, and a sunken bathtub.

A detached pavilion near the entrance houses staff quarters on the ground floor, with a separate entrance to a double bedroom suite on the first floor. The bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the garden, and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and tub.

Beyond the dining room, steps lead past ornamental water features to a detached double bedroom suite, with vaulted ceiling, a separate dressing area and large bathroom with inner garden, shower, and free-standing bathtub. In front of the bedroom pavilion is the main living room, with vaulted wood-paneled ceiling, and foldaway glass walls opening onto the pool deck and sea views. The living room has polished wooden floor, a large wall-mounted LCD home theatre system, and a range of luxuriant sofas and armchairs arranged around a coffee table.

The swimming pool opposite the living room includes a waterfall feature and Jacuzzi, and is surrounded by wooden decking and cushioned sun-loungers. At the far end of the pool, grass lawn leads to the beachfront sala pavilion, with a casual dining area, a second kitchen, and bathroom. Steps lead down past the outdoor shower to a lower lawn, and onto the white powder-sand beach.

Baan Chom Tawan is a luxurious and highly specified beachfront villa, set within a secure gated compound, with a communal gym, complimentary WiFi internet, and a dedicated team of staff, including a Thai chef.

Dhevatara Cove Location

Located on the West coast of Koh Samui, 10 minutes from the ferry port of Nathon and 35 kms from Samui’s international airport.  Santiburi Championship golf course is 25 minutes drive away. The villa is located within sight of the nearby Raja Ferry pier.

Rates are for the entire villa, with discounts for reduced occupancy as follows:

6 bedroom sleeps 12.

4 bedroom sleeps 8. 

-Rates are exclusive of 10% service, and 7% tax.  

-Extra bed charge is $50++ USD per person.
