Baan Leelawadee is a
stylish, fully air-conditioned 4 bedroom beachfront villa, set within
the secure gated Dhevatara Residence compound, located on the western
end of Bophut beach, within easy reach of restaurants, bars, and spas.
Entered through double wooden gates that lead to a private courtyard,
the villa is designed in several detached shingle-roofed pavilions.
A central pathway leads through the property to the beachfront swimming pool and main
living area. The blue-tiled swimming pool is surrounded by grass lawn,
and a sun-deck furnished with modern loungers. At the far end of the
swimming pool is a shady sala pavilion, from where stairs lead down to
the private gated entrance to the beach.
The air-conditioned living pavilion features foldaway glass walls for a seamless
indoor-outdoor living effect, and opens directly onto the pool deck and
sea views. A comfortable lounge area includes sofas and a coffee table
facing a large wall-mounted LCD TV with DVD player and satellite service.
Behind the living room is a dining room with glass walls and sea views
across the lounge area. A water-feature with stepping stones leads to
the modern, fully equipped kitchen in the next pavilion to the rear. A
second outdoor Thai-style kitchen is located off the fitted kitchen, and
is ideal for BBQs and wok-fried Oriental dishes.
The villa’s 4 en-suite air-conditioned bedrooms are comfortable and private, each with a
dressing area and LCD TV/DVD. There are 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin
bedroom, sleeping up to 8 guests. The en-suite bathrooms all include
large walk-in showers, while the master bedroom suite features an
additional tub set in a wooden platform. Complimentary WiFi internet
service is provided throughout the property, which also has a back-up
generator.
Baan Leelawadee is a comfortable and conveniently located luxury beachfront villa, and an
idyllic holiday home for families and friends alike. The neighbouring
villas within Dhevatara Residence make this property a good option for
larger parties requiring multiple villas, and great for group
celebrations, including weddings, birthdays, corporate getaways,
high-school graduations, and family reunions.

Located on Bophut bay in the north coast of Koh Samui, 5 minutes drive from the Fisherman's Village, 15 minutes from Chaweng,
and 10 minutes from Samui’s international airport. Santiburi Championship golf course is 15 minutes drive away.

-Rates are exclusive of 10% service, and 7% tax.
