Set within the secure gated Dhevatara Residence compound, Baan Ratree is located on the western end of Bophut beach, within easy reach of restaurants, bars, and spas. Complimentary WiFi internet service is provided throughout the property, which also has a back-up generator.

The villa is built on 3 floors, with the main living area and pool on the second storey. The blue-tiled infinity-edge pool is flanked by a wooden sun-deck, and furnished with loungers. An open-plan living room opens onto the pool deck and sea views through sliding glass doors. The lounge area features comfortable sofas are arranged around a coffee table, facing a satellite LCD TV/DVD. A teak dining table seating 8 overlooks the sea views. Beyond the dining area is a fully fitted western kitchen with wooden units, black surfaces and chrome appliances. A central island feature doubles as a breakfast bar.

The villa’s 4 en-suite air-conditioned bedrooms are comfortable and private, each with a dressing area and LCD TV/DVD. There are 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, sleeping up to 8 guests. The en-suites bathrooms all include large walk-in showers, while the master bedroom suite features an additional free-standing tub.

Baan Ratree is a comfortable and conveniently located luxury sea view villa, and an idyllic holiday home for families and friends alike, although due to the height of the infinity-edge pool. The neighbouring villas within Dhevatara Residence make this property a good option for larger parties requiring multiple villas, and great for group celebrations, including weddings, birthdays, corporate getaways, high-school graduations, and family reunions.

Located on Bophut bay in the north coast of Koh Samui, 5 minutes drive from the Fisherman's Village, 15 minutes from Chaweng, and 10 minutes from Samui’s international airport. Santiburi Championship golf course is 15 minutes drive away.

Daily Villa Rates 2023
Rates are for the entire property, with discounts for reduced occupancy as follows:
4 bedrooms sleeping 8.
3 bedrooms sleeping 6.
2 bedrooms sleeping 4.

-Rates are exclusive of 10% service, and 7% tax.
-Extra bed charge is $50++ USD per person.
-Rates are inclusive of breakfast, and airport transfers, one trip each way.
-Additional airport transfers are charged at $35+ USD per trip, and subject to 7% tax.
-Minimum stay of 2 nights in low and shoulder seasons, 4 nights during high season, 7 nights during Xmas or NY, except for stays overlaping Xmas and NY, minimum of 10 nights.
-Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00, although early arrival and late departure up to 15:00 may be requested subject to availability.
-Balance payment is required no less than 75 days in advance of arrival. For bookings within 75 days of arrival, full payment is required to secure reservations.

Early Bird Promotion
15% discount for bookings made at least 120 days in advance, except for Xmas/NY, when 5% discount applies to bookings made 150 days in advance. Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, except Long Stay.

Last Minute Promotion
20% discount for bookings made at within 30 days of arrival. Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

Long Stay Promotion
15% discount for stays of 10 nights or more. Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, except Early Bird for stays in low and high seasons.
