La Lagune is a stylish beachfront villa of
contemporary design, situated on the tranquil Laem Set beach on the
south coast of the island. The property is set within a walled tropical
garden with expansive lawn a private tennis court, a gym, and a playroom.
The living area is centred around the
beachfront pool, with an outdoor lounge and BBQ on the pool deck, a Thai
sala pavilion, and open-plan living/dining room and kitchen.
The living room opens onto the pool deck with foldaway glass doors, and
includes a wide-screen plasma TV and Bose sound system. A fully-equipped
fitted kitchen serves the dining table, seating 12.
Featuring 5 en-suite bedrooms, with 3
doubles and 2 twins, La Lagune comfortably accommodates up to
10 guests. All 5 bedrooms face the garden, and include large built-in
wardrobes, and covered outdoor showers. The master bedroom also has sea
views, together with a plasma screen home theatre system, and a large
Jacuzzi tub. Cool white terrazzo floors flow throughout the property,
adding chic appeal.
Location
La Lagune is located on the south coast of Koh Samui, some 40
minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from the town of Lamai, and 25
minutes from Chaweng and Nathon.
