Designed in contemporary tropical style, the villas' living areas blend an open-plan and open-sided living room with the deck, pool, garden, and beach. At the heart of the properties, the stone-tiled infinity-edge swimming pool extends across the front of the living room and opposing master bedroom suite. A wooden deck, furnished with sun-loungers and a comfortable el-fresco dining set, appears to float on the water, while the pool extends into a shallow ledge, providing a further platform for sunbathing. Pathways lead out to the garden and beach from the deck and master bedroom, and a four-poster double daybed is positioned on the lawn by the scenic and secluded beach.

The living room features a granite stone wall, terrazzo floor, and is open on two sides, which can be screened by motorised blinds when needed. Closest to the pool is a lounge area with a sofa set facing the pool, beach, and sea views, as well as a large LCD TV. A centrally positioned wooden dining table seats 8 in comfort, served by the designer kitchen to the rear. The well-equipped kitchen includes a built-in oven, microwave, halogen hob, espresso machine, and island bar.

All of the 3 en-suite bedrooms are furnished with King-size beds, feature built-in wardrobes, JBL Airplay stereos, walk-in rain showers, bath-robes, slippers, as well as opening onto private terraces. The master bedroom includes an additional free-standing terrazzo bath tub, twin vanities, and opens onto a private balcony overhanging the pool, with great sea views, and furnished with lounge chairs.

The villa is located directly on the beach front, around the corner from The Four Seasons, within 10 minutes from Nathon town, about 40 minutes drive from Chaweng to the east, 45 minutes from the airport, with Santiburi Golf and Country club some 15 minutes drive away.
