Miskawaan Villa Champak comprises three detached
pavilions that frame a centre-piece saltwater lap-pool, with lawn garden,
beach, and views across to the island of Koh Phangan beyond. The first
pavilion, at the rear of the property houses two twin bedrooms, and a
large family bedroom. Each twin room is furnished with teakwood
furniture, and has an en-suite bathroom featuring both in indoor and
outdoor showers. The large family bedroom includes a double and two
single beds, a leather sofa, and indoor-outdoor en-suite bathroom. All
rooms in this pavilion have polished wooden floors. The adjacent
verandah features an al-fresco dining setting.
The pavilion to the left of the pool is the main living area, including a large,
fully-fitted kitchen, which leads into the open-plan dining and living
areas. The dining room is dominated by an impressive round teakwood
dining table, and features wood-paneled walls and vaulted ceiling. An
additional bathroom is accessible from the dining area. The lounge
includes a sumptuous arrangement of sofas and a coffee table, facing the
large plasma screen home theatre system with DVD/CD player. The main
entertainment room opens off the lounge, with a second dining table and
lounge area, as well as a bar, and stereo system.
The pavilion on the right of the pool features polished wooden floors throughout, and
comprises a double bedroom, with an indoor-outdoor bathroom, and the
master suite. The beachfront master suite is equipped with satellite TV,
with DVD/CD player, and has a dressing room that leads to the bathroom,
with a tub in addition to indoor and outdoor showers and twin vanity.
The master bedroom opens onto a beachfront verandah, furnished with
contemporary sun-loungers. All rooms at Villa Champak are air-conditioned
and fitted with ceiling fans.
At the far end of a pool is a sala, or open-sided pavilion, furnished with loungers, table,
and chairs, and fitted with ceiling fans and outdoor speakers. Beyond
the sala, a lawn separates the beach, which is accessed by a private gated entrance.
Villa Champak is a light, spacious, and stylish villa, ideally suited to larger parties,
with up to 12 guests accommodated in 5 bedrooms.
Miskawaan Location
Located on the North coast of Koh Samui, 20 minutes drive from Chaweng, 10 minutes from Bophut, 10 minutes from the ferry port of
Nathon, and 20 minutes from Samui’s international airport. Santiburi
Championship golf course is 10 minutes drive away.
