NaPa Villa B11 is a
fabulous contemporary tropical home of stylish design, set within the
exclusive Narayan Heights residential development in north Chaweng.
Designed by award winning architect Gary Fell of GFAB, the villa
overlooks spectacular sea views along the northern east coast of Koh
Samui, including the nearby island of Koh Matlang. The premise of
indoor-outdoor living is maximized, with all rooms opening onto decks
that overlook the awesome sea views and surrounding nature.
At the centre of the property, the large swimming pool is flanked by a wooden
deck, furnished with sun-loungers. A sunken bench at one end of the pool
offers an idyllic vantage point for soaking up the views over the long
infinity edge that blends into the sea.
The main living area opens on to the pool deck, with foldaway glass walls. This
spacious open-plan living area is shaded and cooled by ceiling fans and
sea breezes, as well as air-conditioning, and includes comfortable
sofas, a dining set seating 10, and a fully-equipped kitchen. An
adjacent TV den is fitted with a projector TV/DVD home theatre system,
and furnished with sumptuous built-in sofas. A guest bathroom with
shower is located next to the TV den.
Four spacious master bedrooms feature large en-suite bathrooms, with twin
basins and walk-in rain-showers. All of the bedrooms have beautiful sea
views, and are equipped with built-in wardrobes, balconies,
air-conditioning, safes, and ceiling fans.
These tastefully appointed villas include complimentary WiFi internet access, satellite
TV, and iPod compatible stereo systems with indoor and outdoor speakers.
Live-in maids quarters are hidden away from view, and include a staff
kitchen and laundry.
Just 10 minutes from Koh Samui International airport, and minutes away from
excellent beaches, lively shopping areas and night spots, the NaPa B11

The villa is located on a hillside, about 5 minutes drive from Chaweng beach to the south,
and Choeng Mon beach to the north, with Santiburi Golf and Country club
some 30 minutes drive away. Access is available to the secluded beach of
Frangipani Cove at the bottom of the hill.
