Atulya Residence is located on Bophut hill,
overlooking panoramic sea views across the north coast of Koh Samui to
Koh Phangan. Situated within the Panacea secure gated enclave of
5 exclusive villas, Atulya Residence is designed in contemporary style with
Asian touches, and features 5 en-suite bedrooms.
Entered through a garden with water features, from where steps lead up to the elevated
open-plan living room. The vast living room features a wooden vaulted
ceiling and glass doors that open onto a large glass-fenced balcony with
uninterrupted views over verdant hills and sea beyond. A fully-equipped
kitchen is separated by a breakfast bar serves a dining area with a long
table seating 12. The lounge area is furnished with sumptuous leather sofas arranged around a coffee table
and a 52” LCD satellite TV/DVD.
The sandstone-paved balcony has open stairways at either
side, leading down to the 3 double bedrooms below the living room. The
bedrooms are equivalent, each stylishly furnished, with fitted
wardrobes, and terraces overlooking the garden. A separate pavilion
houses a master suite with a king-size bed, vaulted ceiling, dressing
area, and en-suite bathroom with shower and a large terrazzo tub facing
the beautiful sea views. Under the master bedroom is another master
suite of the same design, which opens onto the pool deck. All the bedrooms
are equipped with satellite HD LCD TV, DVD player, mini bar, and safe.
A garden separates the main building from the pool deck.
Sun-loungers, parasols, and round love-seats furnish the stone deck. The
large infinity-edge swimming pool blends into the sea views. A pool-side
sala pavilion serves the wet bar, and includes an al-fresco dining set
for 10.
