Samujana Villa 11
comprises a pair of 3 bedroom homes of minimalist design, set within the
beautifully landscaped grounds of the Samujana estate. Located on a
hillside in Choeng Mon, the villas overlook spectacular sea
views along the northern east coast of Koh Samui, including the nearby
island of Koh Matlang. Unlike the larger detached villas at Samujana,
Villas 11A and the adjacent 11B are semi-detached, and are essentially
mirrored against the central dividing wall.
At the centre of the each property, the slate-tiled swimming pool is flanked by
a wooden deck, furnished with sun-loungers and chairs, with an infinity
edge that blends into the sea view at the far end. A sunken bench at one
end of the pool offers an idyllic vantage point for soaking up the
views. Villa 11A features a small but beautiful garden bordering the
pool deck, with a grass lawn and spectacular granite boulders.
The main living area off the pool is an open-sided pavilion, for casual lounging
and dining. This open-plan living area is shaded and cooled by ceiling
fans and sea breezes, and includes a comfortable, a dining set seating
8, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The outer, open-sided faces of the
living room have rollaway screens providing shade when required.
Adjacent to the living room are a guest bathroom with shower, and a
glass walled TV lounge fitted with a large plasma satellite TV/DVD home
theatre system, and furnished with sofas.
A stairway leads up from the behind the living area to the top floor, with en-suite double
bedrooms on either side of the landing. Both master bedrooms feature
bathrooms with tubs and both indoor and outdoor rain showers. The third
bedroom is a smaller double, with an en-suite shower room, and is
located on a lower level of the property. Each of the 3 en-suite double
bedrooms features built-in wardrobes with safes, private balconies,
air-conditioning, and ceiling fans.
Samujana Villa 11 is floored throughout in cool white tile. Just 10 minutes from the airport, and minutes away from
excellent beaches, lively shopping areas and night spots, Samujana Villa
11 is an idyllic hideaway for a tropical holiday in luxury and comfort.

The villa is located on a hillside, about 5 minutes drive from Chaweng, 3 minutes from Choeng
Mon beach, with Santiburi Golf and Country club some 30 minutes drive away.
