Samujana Villa 12 is a lavish home of contemporary design, overlooking stunning sea views across Koh Samui’s east coast. Set within an exclusive gated residential project in the desirable Choeng Mon area, Samujana Villa 12 is conveniently located a short drive away from Chaweng beach and numerous attractions. Occupying a double plot, the villa is the largest and most highly specified home at Samujana, accommodating up to 14 guests in 7 oversize and luxurious double bedrooms. Samujana Villa 12 is equipped with state of the art appliances and an enviable array of facilities, including a cinema, professional gym, games consoles, pool table, foosball table, Thai-boxing ring, basketball, table-tennis, multiple Jacuzzis, trampoline, kids’ pool and slide, and a spa.

The main entrance features a dramatic pond under a large skylight, leading to an open reception area with a bar that faces the spectacular 25 metre infinity-edge swimming pool, and idyllic sea views beyond. The stone-tiled pool is flanked by a wooden deck on 2 sides, and includes submerged seating for enjoying the views, as well as underwater speakers. Elevated a few steps above the pool is the central living area, which is open-plan, with open sides on 3 faces. Closest to the views and pool is a lounge area, with ample sofa seating for 20, which is surrounded by a reflection pool on 3 sides. Motorised screen walls can be operated to enhance privacy, or control the elements if needed. Behind the lounge area is a long dining table, served by an open-plan show kitchen. A separate staff kitchen to the rear provides unobtrusive catering.

All 7 en-suite bedrooms feature King-size beds, built-in wardrobes with safes and mini-bars, and are equipped with satellite LCD TV/DVD, with access to central movie and music server, as well as iPod docks. 5 of the bedrooms feature private gardens with large Jacuzzis.

Designed for relaxing, training, and partying, Samujana Villa 12 offers an extensive array of facilities including a dedicated spa room and yoga area, large sun bathing roof terrace, kids’ pool and slide, trampoline, 25m infinity-edge swimming pool, numerous garden lawns, a 20 seat tiered cinema, an indoor games room and bar with TVs, pool table, table tennis, foosball, and games consoles. The 200 sqm gym is particularly impressive, featuring a full range of Life Fitness and Hammerstrength equipment, free weights, a matted area for boxing/MMA training, and all necessary boxing/training accessories. A small outdoor hard court area equipped with a basketball hoop and optional boxing ring complete the facilities. Samujana’s communal flood-lit tennis court is a few steps away.

The entire villa is wired for sound, with individual zones controlled by iPad. WiFi internet connection is also available throughout the property. Back of house facilities include additional staff accommodation, visiting staff rooms, kitchen, and laundry area.

Samujana Location
The villa is located on a hillside, about 5 minutes drive from Chaweng, 3 minutes from Choeng Mon beach, with Santiburi Golf and Country club some 30 minutes drive away.

Rates are for the entire property, with 7 double bedrooms sleeping 14.

-Rates are inclusive of breakfast and airport transfers.

-Extra beds can be arranged, as follows:

*Age 4-12: $30++ USD per night.

-A security deposit of one night's rental rate is payable on check-in, to be refunded on departure less any damages or bills.
-Minimum stay of 3 nights, except for Xmas/NY and CNY, minimum of 5 nights.
-Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00, although early arrival and late departure may be requested subject to availability.

In-villa Dining
An a la carte catering service is available from 10:00-22:00. Chef service, BBQ, and cooking classes can be arranged.
