Entered through double wooden doors, labyrinthine walkways and courtyards framed by manicured gardens, artifacts, and stone walls lead to the pool, living room, and 4 en-suite bedrooms. Sliding glass walls opening onto the views and large balconies enhance the seamless indoor-outdoor living premise.

The central focal point of the villa is the spectacular infinity-edge pool that melds into the sea views. The large pool is tiled in aquamarine stone, and surrounded by sun-decks. A wooden deck furnished with sun-beds flanks the pool. At the rear of the pool, an air-conditioned cinema room equipped with a large satellite LCD surround-sound system is fitted with sumptuous sofas and cushions. The adjacent room features a sleek pool table. Complimentary WiFi internet connection is available throughout the villa.

The open-sided living room appears to float on the pool, with water lapping around its borders. A large sofa faces the views, and an elegant dining set seating 10 completes the living area. Concealed behind a partition of built-in cabinets, the fully-equipped kitchen allows for unobtrusive catering. A washing machine and dryer are included in the kitchen.

The 4 luxurious king-size bedrooms are of similar design and beautifully decorated, fitted with LCD TVs, with DVD and sound systems, wooden floors, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, built-in wardrobes with individual safes, and large en-suite bathrooms. Daily Villa Rates 2020
Rates are for the entire property, with discounts for reduced occupancy as follows:
4 bedroom sleeps 8.
3 bedroom sleeps 6.
2 bedroom sleeps 4.

-Rates are inclusive of breakfast and airport transfers.
-Rates are exclusive of 10% service and 7% tax.
-Extra beds can be arranged, as follows:
*Children under the age of 4: complimentary.
*Age 4-12: $30++ USD per night.
*Age 13 or older: $60++ USD per night.
-A security deposit of one night's rental rate is payable on check-in, to be refunded on departure less any damages or bills.
-Minimum stay of 3 nights, except for Xmas/NY and CNY, minimum of 5 nights.
-Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00, although early arrival and late departure may be requested subject to availability.

In-villa Dining
An a la carte catering service is available from 10:00-22:00. Chef service, BBQ, and cooking classes can be arranged.
