Samujana Villa 3 is a fabulous contemporary tropical villa of minimalist design, set within the beautifully landscaped grounds of the Samujana estate. Located on a hillside in Choeng Mon, Samujana Villa 3 overlooks spectacular sea views along the northern east coast of Koh Samui, including the nearby island of Koh Matlang. The premise of indoor-outdoor living is maximized, with all rooms opening onto decks that overlook the fantastic sea views and surrounding nature.

At the centre of the property, the large, stone-tiled swimming pool is flanked by a wooden deck, furnished with sun-loungers. A sunken bench at one end of the pool offers an idyllic vantage point for soaking up the views over the long infinity edge that blends into the sea.

The main living area off the pool is an open-sided pavilion, for casual lounging and al-fresco dining. This spacious open-plan living area is shaded and cooled by ceiling fans and sea breezes, and includes comfortable sofas, a dining set seating 8, and a fully-equipped kitchen. A TV den behind the living area is fitted with a large plasma satellite TV/DVD home theatre system, and furnished with sumptuous built-in sofas.

Four spacious master bedrooms feature large en-suite bathrooms, with tubs and walk-in rain-showers. All of the bedrooms have sea views, and are equipped with King-size beds, built-in wardrobes, balconies, air-conditioning and ceiling fans.

This tastefully appointed villa also has a live-in maid with separate quarters, and a BBQ area. The villa is located on a hillside, about 5 minutes drive from Chaweng, 3 minutes from Choeng Mon beach, with Santiburi Golf and Country club some 30 minutes drive away.

Daily Villa Rates 2020
Rates are for the entire property, with 4 double bedrooms sleeping 8.

-Rates are inclusive of breakfast and airport transfers.
-Rates are exclusive of 10% service and 7% tax.
-Extra beds can be arranged, as follows:
*Children under the age of 4: complimentary.
*Age 4-12: $30++ USD per night.
*Age 13 or older: $60++ USD per night.
-A security deposit of one night's rental rate is payable on check-in, to be refunded on departure less any damages or bills.
-Minimum stay of 3 nights, except for Xmas/NY and CNY, minimum of 5 nights.
-Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00, although early arrival and late departure may be requested subject to availability.

An a la carte catering service is available from 10:00-22:00. Chef service, BBQ, and cooking classes can be arranged.
