Samujana Villa 6
is a fabulous contemporary tropical villa of
minimalist design, set within the beautifully landscaped grounds of the
Samujana estate. Located on a hillside in
Choeng Mon, the expansive Samujana Villa 6 overlooks spectacular sea
views along the northern east coast of Koh Samui, including the nearby
island of Koh Matlang. Indoor-outdoor living is maximized, with
open-sided rooms and slide-away glass walls.
At the centre of the property, a water feature leads to the long,
stone-tiled swimming pool, with an infinity edge that blends into the
sea view. Wooden decks to either side of the pool are furnished with
sun-loungers. A sunken bench at one side of the pool offers an idyllic
vantage point for soaking up the views.
The main living area off the pool deck is an open-sided pavilion,
for casual lounging and al-fresco dining. This spacious open-plan living
area is shaded and cooled by ceiling fans and sea breezes, and includes
sumptuous sofas, a dining set seating 12, and a fully-equipped kitchen.
An outdoor BBQ is set up behind a stone wall. An integrated stereo
system is connected to an iPod dock. Concealed behind the kitchen are a
laundry room with a washer/dryer, and a guest bathroom.
Steps lead across the lawn to an air-conditioned TV den, fitted
with a large plasma satellite TV/DVD home theatre system, and furnished
with a comfortable sofa. Along a covered walkway is the stunning master
bedroom suite, surrounded by a vast deck, with a lounge area furnished
with a large sofa set, and an intimate circular sofa bed. The master
bedroom opens onto the deck, and features beautiful polished hardwood
floors, an iPod dock connected to an integrated sound-system, elegant
furniture, and a large open-plan bathroom with rain-shower, twin basins,
and tub, as well as an outdoor rain-shower in a private garden.
A stairway leads down from the deck to the gym, and a spa room, both of which feature hardwood floors and sea views. The
air-conditioned gym is fitted with an integrated sound-system with iPod
dock, and high-end hardware, including rowing, running, and climbing
machines. The adjacent spa room opens onto a secluded sun-deck,
and has a smaller en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
There are 4 additional air-conditioned double bedroom suites with
sea views, each of which is private and secluded, featuring a king-size
bed, daybed, built-in wardrobes, ceiling fans, sliding glass walls, and
lavish en-suite bathroom with tub, twin basins, and walk-in rain-shower.
One of the bedrooms is located below the pool deck, and opens onto a
patio surrounded by grass lawns, while the remaining 3 bedrooms are
located on raised levels above the living area. The upper bedroom has an
adjacent kids dorm with a day-bed and two bunk beds, sleeping up to 3 children. Broadband WiFi
internet service is provided free of charge.
This spectacular villa also has a live-in maid with separate quarters. Just
10 minutes from the charming Koh Samui International airport, and
minutes away from excellent beaches, lively shopping areas and night

The villa is located on a hillside, about 5 minutes drive from Chaweng, 3 minutes from Choeng
Mon beach, with Santiburi Golf and Country club some 30 minutes drive away.
