Samujana villa 7 is a fabulous contemporary tropical villa of minimalist design, set within the beautifully landscaped grounds of the Samujana estate. At the centre of the property, a water feature leads to the large, slate-tiled swimming pool, which is flanked by a wooden deck, furnished with sun-loungers, with a long infinity edge that blends into the sea view. A sunken bench at one end of the pool offers an idyllic vantage point for soaking up the views.

The main living area off the pool deck is an open-sided pavilion, for casual lounging and al-fresco dining. This spacious open-plan living area is shaded and cooled by ceiling fans and sea breezes, and includes comfortable sofas, a dining set seating 8, and a fully-equipped kitchen. A TV den behind the living area is fitted with a large plasma satellite TV/DVD home theatre system, and furnished with sumptuous built-in sofas. A stairway leads up from the living area to the main entrance and a rooftop deck and reflection pool overlooking the pool, roof gardens, and sea views. Broadband WiFi internet service is provided free of charge.

A private air-conditioned gym is located under the pool, and equiped with a rowing machine, exercise bicycle, pilates balls, and yoga mats.

Four spacious double bedrooms feature large en-suite bathrooms, with tubs and walk-in showers. All of the bedrooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes, air-conditioning, and ceiling fans, and feature slide-away glass doors on 2 sides. Behind the living area is a single bedroom/study, and adjacent guest bathroom with shower.

The villa is located on a hillside, about 5 minutes drive from Chaweng, 3 minutes from Choeng Mon beach, with Santiburi Golf and Country club some 30 minutes drive away.

Daily Villa Rates 2020
Rates are for the entire property, with 4 double bedrooms sleeping 8.

-Rates are inclusive of breakfast and airport transfers.

-Extra beds can be arranged, as follows:

*Age 4-12: $30++ USD per night.

-A security deposit of one night's rental rate is payable on check-in, to be refunded on departure less any damages or bills.
