Sukham is a spacious contemporary home of stylish design, set within the exclusive Narayan Heights residential development in north Chaweng. The villa overlooks spectacular sea views along the northern east coast of Koh Samui, including the nearby island of Koh Matlang. Access is available to the secluded beach of Frangipani Cove at the bottom of the hill. At the centre of the property, the 12 metre infinity-edge swimming pool is flanked by a wooden deck, furnished with sun-loungers. Off one end of the pool is a shaded section with submerged bench seating that is suitable for lounging. A large veranda running along the width of the lounge offers a shaded refuge, along with BBQ and al-fresco dining set.

The main living area opens on to the pool deck, with slide-away glass walls. This airy open-plan living area is shaded and cooled by ceiling fans and sea breezes, as well as air-conditioning, and includes comfortable sofas, a dining set seating 10, and a fully-equipped kitchen.

Six spacious master bedrooms feature large en-suite bathrooms with walk-in rain-showers. All of the bedrooms have King-size beds, and are equipped with TVs, dressing areas, built-in wardrobes, air-conditioning, safes, and ceiling fans. The first of the bedrooms opens onto the pool deck. On the floor above are 3 equivalent bedrooms, all opening onto a shared balcony with a lounge area, and great sea views. The 2 remaining bedrooms, one of which includes a private balcony with seating, are located on the lower floor, below the swimming pool.

Also on the lower floor is a home theatre, equipped with a projector, and furnished with comfortable seating to recline and enjoy a movie from the selection on offer. The games room includes a pool table, and an alcove offers electronic TV games.

This tastefully appointed villa features complimentary WiFi internet access, satellite TV, and iPod compatible stereo systems with indoor and outdoor speakers. Complimentary chef service is available for lunch and dinner service with an extensive menu.

The villa is located on a hillside, about 5 minutes drive from Chaweng beach to the south, and Choeng Mon beach to the north, with Santiburi Golf and Country club some 30 minutes drive away. Access is available to the secluded beach of Frangipani Cove at the bottom of the hill.

Rates are for the entire property, with discounts for reduced occupancy as follows:
