To the right, steps lead down to the mid-level with 3 double bedrooms, each of which is stylishly fitted with contemporary furniture and artwork, built-in wardrobes, and an en-suite shower room with twin sinks. The 3 bedrooms also feature private balconies with seating overlooking the pool and sea views.

Further steps lead down to the garden and pool terrace. The 20 metre infinity-edge swimming pool has a large sala pavilion at the far end, complete with built-in sofas and wet-bar.
