The Emerald Villa 4 is a cosy private beach front home directly located on the quiet Laem Noi beach. Designed in contemporary style with traditional Thai accents, the villa is arranged around a 8 by 5 metre swimming pool with integrated Jacuzzi, and surrounding walled spacious garden.

The open-plan beachfront living room is located within a detached pavilion, and includes a comfortable lounge, dining set, and kitchen. A poolside veranda features a swinging sofa and offers shaded al-fresco lounging. Outdoor dining on the expansive lawn can be arranged on request.

To the rear of the pool, the second detached building comprises a TV den with double-vaulted ceiling, a master bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a kids room with 2 bunk beds. The master bedroom is located off the pool deck, and features a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a large Jacuzzi tub. The kids room interconnects to the master bedroom via the bathroom. The twin bedroom is located upstairs, directly above the master bedroom, and has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and the villa includes complimentary WiFi internet access, satellite TV/DVD, and sound system.

The Emerald Villa 4 Location
On the Northern coast of Koh Samui, 25 minutes from the airport and Chaweng, 10 minutes from the Santiburi golf course, and 5 minutes from Nathon.
The summer low tides may recede up to 100 metres from the shore.

Daily Villa Rates 2025
Rates are for the entire property, with 2 en-suite bedrooms, a double and a twin, plus a bunk bedroom.

-Rates are exclusive of 10% service, and 7% tax.
-Extra bed charge is $50++ USD per person.
-Rates are inclusive of breakfast and airport transfers, one trip each way.
-Additional airport transfers are charged at $40+ USD per trip, subject to 7% tax.
-Minimum stay of 3 nights in standard season, 5 nights during peak and high season dates, except for Xmas/NY, minimum of 7 nights over Xmas or NY, or 10 nights over Xmas and NY.
-Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00, although early arrival and late departure up to 15:00 may be requested subject to availability.

Early Bird promotion
10% discount for full occupancy bookings made 120 days or more in advance, or 15% for 180 days in advance. Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions. Not applicable for CNY, Easter, and Xmas/NY.

Last Minute Promotion
5% discount for full occupancy bookings made within 16-30 days of arrival, 10% within 8-15 days, and 15% within 7 days. Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions. Not applicable for CNY, Easter, and Xmas/NY.

Long Stay Promotion
