An electric gate opens onto a driveway and ample covered parking, from where stairs lead up to the first floor, with 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms. On the next level is a games room with pool table, and an adjoining air-conditioned gym. Stairs lead up to the stone-tiled pool deck, which surrounds an infinity-edge 15x5 metre lap pool with waterfall feature. A separate kids’ pool is ideal for young children, and the pool deck is gated. The deck is furnished with sun loungers and parasols, as well as an al-fresco lounge set at the far end, poised to take advantage of the views and breezes. At the rear of the pool deck is an outdoor shower and a steam room. On either side of the pool are independent double bedrooms with sea views. All of the en-suite bedrooms are equipped with desks, wardrobes, ceiling fans, and air-conditioning.
