Villa Hin is built around a natural landscape of huge stone boulders, which are seamlessly integrated into the design of the property. Located on a hillside in Choeng Mon, the villa overlooks spectacular sea views along the east coast, including the nearby island of Koh Matlang. Stylish and chic furnishing includes a comfortable and well-balanced mix of contemporary and classic designs. Indoor-outdoor living is maximized, with all rooms opening onto decks that overlook the fantastic sea views and surrounding nature.

Large wooden doors open onto a cool, shaded entrance hall with circular skylight to the roof terrace above, and a tempting sight of the view beyond. Sandstone steps and wooden walkways lead past an urn with a cascading water feature to the two pavilions and various levels that make up Villa Hin. At the centre of the property, the swimming pool is surrounded by wooden decks, and ends with an infinity edge that blends into the sea view. A cluster of immense boulders tower above the end of the pool, and continue underwater, creating a lake-like effect. The pool deck is furnished with sun-loungers and cushions.

The main living area off the pool is an open-sided pavilion, for casual lounging and al-fresco dining. The living room is surrounded by the pool and deck on 2 sides, and is sunken below the deck level. Furnished with large, deep, and low built-in sofas, and a huge breakfast bar, this shaded area is cooled by ceiling fans and sea breezes. A bathroom and dressing room are located off the back of the living room. A sound-proofed TV den is fitted with a projector and surround sound system, and furnished with plush sofas.

Facing the view from the back of the pool, the kitchen-dining room is entered via a flight of stairs, and features a formal dining table, and elegant, stone-floored kitchen with black granite counters, huge dark wooden cabinets and breakfast bar. A concealed entrance leads to a second kitchen with staff living quarters. The staff are always on hand, but unobtrusive, to cater for guests’ every whim.

Villa Hin has 5 large en-suite bedrooms, beautifully finished with designer touches. All of the bedrooms feature king-size beds, built-in wardrobes, safes, private decks, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and mini entertainment systems with iPod docks. The master bedroom suite is set in its own pavilion, with a spectacular tree-top view across the lush jungle canopy. The en-suite bathroom includes a free-standing bath tub overlooking the private deck and garden view, together with grey slate wash basins, and a frosted glass walk-in shower. All of the bedrooms are very private and secluded.

A rooftop deck is surrounded by pebble ponds, and furnished with cushioned sofas and a coffee table overlooking the panoramic sea views.

Daily Villa Rates 2023
Rates are for the entire property, with discounts for reduced occupancy as follows:
5 bedroom sleeps 10.
4 bedroom sleeps 8.
3 bedroom sleeps up to 6.

-Rates are inclusive of chef service, breakfast, and airport transfers, one trip each way.
-Rates are exclusive of 10% service and 7.7% tax.
-Extra beds can be arranged, as follows:

Adults at $60++ USD per night.
-A security deposit of $1500 USD is payable on check-in, to be refunded on departure less any damages or bills.
-Minimum stay of 3 nights in standard season, 5 nights during peak and high season dates, except for Xmas, minimum of 7 nights, 10 nights over NY, and 14 nights over Xmas+NY.
-Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00, although early arrival and late departure may be requested subject to availability.
