Villa Kimsacheva is a sumptuously appointed, stylish hillside home, overlooking Chaweng bay, with sea and sunrise views. Designed in contemporary Balinese-Australian tropical style, and generously proportioned, the villa offers relaxed luxury in a seamless indoor-outdoor living space.

The villa is built on four levels that cascade down the sea-facing hillside. The upper level consists of 3 en-suite double bedrooms, all with A/C, ceiling fan, halogen lighting, built-in wardrobes with personal safe and mini-bar, and access onto a large balcony through French doors. The en-suite bathrooms all feature oversized rain showers, glass sinks, and private walled gardens, 2 of which have oval terrazzo tubs. The large master bedroom features polished hardwood flooring, and a flat screen TV/DVD, and surround sound that is piped into the bathroom. A large private balcony off the master bedroom overlooks the north coast. Elegant sandstone stairways connect the 4 floors, framed with lush tropical foliage.

The second level houses the vast, open-plan living room, which includes 2 sumptuous lounge areas, seating 16 in absolute comfort. The living room is floored in rich, polished hardwood, and includes a desk with ADSL internet-ready computer system, a large flat screen TV/DVD and surround sound speakers. The living room is beautifully lit, with dimmer-controlled halogen lighting, and concealed ceiling lights. The foldaway glass walls open onto a surrounding balcony, which overlooks the swimming pool and sea views beyond. The gentle sea breezes and array of ceiling fans provide ample ventilation. A fourth en-suite bedroom is located up a short flight of steps, separated from the upper living room by an attractive patio area, with water features. A utility room with washer/dryer, and wine cellar is also located on this level.

On the third level, the infinity edge lap pool sits on the view, with a thatch-roofed pavilion at one end, furnished with built-in sofas and a large coffee table. The expansive sandstone poolside deck continues into a shaded dining area with a dining table seating 10. Behind the open-sided dining area, foldaway glass walls open onto a second living room, with oversized sofas and coffee table, and polished hardwood floors. A beautiful gourmet-fitted kitchen, with state-of-the art appliances extends beyond the lounge area, with an adjacent bathroom.

From the pool level, an enormous mirror reflects the views and the staircase down to the lower bedroom level. A stone staircase leads to a second master bedroom, with plasma TV system, and en-suite rain-shower room. A few steps further down leads to 2 additional en-suite double bedrooms, and a large balcony.

The main tourist area of Chaweng, 2 minutes drive away, offers a 5 km white powder sand beach, and a plethora of excellent restaurants, bars, nightlife, shopping, and spas.

The villa is located on a hillside, about 5 minutes drive from the heart of Chaweng, 5 minutes from Choeng Mon and the airport, 15 minutes from Bophut Fisherman’s village, with Santiburi Golf and Country club some 30 minutes drive away.

Rates are for exclusive use of the entire property, with discounts for reduced occupancy as follows:

-Rates are exclusive of 10% service and 7% tax.
-Rates are inclusive of airport transfers, one trip each way, and continental breakfast.

-Minimum stay of 3 nights in standard season, 5 nights over CNY and Easter, 4 nights over Golden Week, 7 nights over Xmas or NY, and 10 nights over Xmas and NY.
-Check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 11:00, although early arrival and late departure may be requested subject to availability.
-Optional in-villa chef service can be arranged at a charge of 1500++ THB per meal, exclusive of provisions, which are charged at cost plus 20%, or 600 THB whichever the greater.
