Villa Maliya is located on the rocky shoreline of Samrong Bay, on the northeastern tip of Koh Samui, with access to the sandy swimming beach a few metres walk away. Accommodating up to 10 guests in 5 spacious and highly specified double bedrooms, the villa is designed over 3 floors, with bedrooms on the upper levels, and the main living area on the lower level, opening onto the deck, pool, garden, and fabulous sea views.

The vast open-plan living room includes a lounge area facing the pool deck, sea views, and a 65" Smart TV with Sonos sound system. On the other side of the room is the formal dining area, with a dining table seating 10. To the rear, the spacious and well accessorized kitchen is arranged around a central island, and includes high-end appliances, with a built-in automatic Smeg coffee machine. The entire floor is air-conditioned with additional ceiling fans and slide-away glass walls that can be opened up to extend the living space onto the terrazzo-tiled deck. The partially roofed deck includes pull-down sun shades and ceiling fans, an al-fresco dining set for 6, a comfortable lounge seating 5, and 2 sun beds.

he spectacular 16 metre infinity-edge swimming pool features submerged stairs, and a sunken wet-bar through which the garden is accessed. Framing the sea views, the garden features a lawn and a range of tropical palms, interspersed with easy chairs, bean-bag seats, and a hammock. Huge boulders frame the garden edge, adding privacy, security, and beauty. Access to the beach is via a pathway that runs along the outer wall of the property, from the main entrance on the upper level.

A central open-air stairway leads through Villa Maliya from the private garage at street level, with 2 double bedrooms located on the top floor, and 3 on the middle floor. All 5 en-suite bedrooms feature air-conditioning and ceiling fans, blackout curtains, 43" or 50" TVs, safes, and wardrobes. The 4 master bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms with double-sized Jacuzzi tubs, twin vanities, and separate walk-in showers, as well as additional pantry areas with sinks, fridges, and their own balcony access with comfortable outdoor seating. The more compact third bedroom on the middle floor is furnished with twin beds, and includes an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The villa is located on the sea front at Samrong Bay, some 15 minutes drive from Chaweng, 15 minutes from Bophut beach and Fisherman's Village, and 15 minutes from the airport.

Daily Villa Rates 2024
Rates are for the entire property, with discounts for reduced occupancy as follows:
5 bedroom sleeps 10.
4 bedroom sleeps 8.
3 bedroom sleeps up to 6.

-Rates are exclusive of 10% service, and 7% tax.
-Extra bed charge is $50++ USD per person.
-Rates are inclusive of continental breakfast, in-villa chef service, and airport transfers, one trip each way.
-Additional airport transfers are charged at $35+ USD per trip, and subject to 7% tax.
-Minimum stay of 2 nights in low and shoulder seasons, 4 nights during high season, 7 nights during Xmas or NY, except for stays overlaping Xmas and NY, minimum of 10 nights.
-Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00, although early arrival and late departure up to 15:00 may be requested subject to availability.
-Balance payment is required no less than 75 days in advance of arrival. For bookings within 75 days of arrival, full payment is required to secure reservations.
