Villa Natha is a chic, modern, and luxurious home set within the gated Narayan Heights community in north Chaweng, offering gorgeous sunrise sea views over Koh Matlang and the east coast of the island. Sleeping up to 10 guests in 5 en-suite double bedrooms, Villa Natha is beautifully designed, and includes a private gym and cinema. The villa is designed over three floors, maximizing the sea views, and includes an array of terraces that expand living areas and the sense of indoor-outdoor living.

At the heart of the property, the 15 metre infinity-edge swimming pool is flanked by a wooden sun-deck furnished with loungers, and a terrazzo sand-wash patio with built-in BBQ. The L-shaped pool includes a shallow area for kids or basking in the water. Opening onto the pool area via sliding glass walls, the spacious open-plan living room includes a designer kitchen, dining area, and lounge. A catering kitchen is concealed for staff to prepare meals without compromising privacy. Behind the main living room is a second lounge, furnished with a long sofa facing a large LED TV. Sliding doors at one end of the AV room open onto a study. Also opening onto the pool area is a master bedroom, with private terrace.

Internal stairs lead down to the middle level of the property, which includes three of the en-suite double bedrooms; one King and 2 Queens. All bedrooms have sea views, are fitted with TVs and built-in wardrobes. The 2 master bedrooms feature huge en-suite bathrooms with twin washbasins and both indoor and outdoor garden showers. On the lower floor is the fifth bedroom, with interconnected gym.

Villa Natha includes a soundproof cinema with tiered seating. The villa is fully air-conditioned, includes complimentary WiFi, and is protected by a 24-hour security service. The competent team of staff includes a full time manager, chef, and maid.

The villa is located on a hillside, about 5 minutes drive from the heart of Chaweng, 5 minutes from Choeng Mon and the airport, 15 minutes from Bophut Fisherman’s village, with Santiburi Golf and Country club some 30 minutes drive away.

Daily Villa Rates 2024
Rates are for the entire property, with discounts for reduced occupancy as follows:
5 bedroom sleeps up to 10.
3 bedroom sleeps up to 6.

-Rates are exclusive of 10% service, and 7% tax.
-Rates are inclusive of breakfast, chef service (at full occupancy), and airport transfers, one trip each way.
-Minimum stay of 3 nights in standard season, 5 nights during peak and high season dates, except for Xmas/NY, minimum of 5 nights over Xmas or NY, or 10 nights over Xmas and NY.
Chef service may be arranged on request for reduced occupancy bookings, at a charge of 1500++ THB per meal, or 2500++ THB per day.
-Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00, although early arrival and late departure up to 15:00 may be requested subject to availability.
-Balance payment is required no less than 75 days in advance of arrival. For bookings within 75 days of arrival, full payment is required to secure reservations.
-A cash security bond of $1000 USD is required on arrival.

Early Bird Promotion
10% discount for bookings made at least 120 days in advance, except Xmas/NY, when 5% applies. Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

Last Minute Promotion
