Villa Peace is a modern and luxurious seafront property overlooking sunset views across the northeastern tip of Koh Samui. The main living area faces a 14 metre infinity-edge swimming pool, tiled in aquamarine, with an adjacent Jacuzzi tub. The curvaceous pool includes a shallow ledge for lounging by the swim-up wet bar, submerged seating to take in the view along the infinity-edge, and sophisticated lighting. Comfortable sun loungers are arranged on the limestone pool terrace, which extends into a large veranda that covers the width of the villa. This shaded and fan-cooled open-air living space includes a dining table seating 8, and a lounge set with armchairs and a sofa. Foldaway glass doors connect the veranda to the open-plan air-conditioned living room, which includes a spacious lounge, dining area seating 12, kitchen, pool table, and gym.

The lounge features comfortable sofas, facing a wall-mounted the state-of-the-art multimedia entertainment system with 85" 8K ultra HD 3D Smart TV and Sonos sound system. The private air-conditioned gym includes a treadmill, a Pilates reformer machine, weights bench, mats and free weights. Next to the gym is a WC and shower, along with a pool table, and an office area with a desk, laser printer, monitor and webcam.

Stairs lead down from the pool deck to a terraced lawn above the rocky shore. Access to the sea is possible for snorkeling or kayaking. The uninhabited islet of Koh Som is a short paddle away. Nearby swimming beaches on Koh Samui include Thongson bay, Samrong bay, and Choeng Mon beach.

To the rear of the property, the bedrooms are arranged over two floors. All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned, and feature 55" smart TVs, mini-fridges, safes, as well as premium down feather bed toppers, pillows, and duvets. On the top level are the two master bedrooms, with sea views, King-size beds, and en-suite bathrooms with showers and tubs. On the mid level is another pair of sea-view double bedrooms with King-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers. Each of these bedrooms has a second interconnecting bedroom that shares use of the bathroom; one with a King size bed, while the second rear bedroom is suitable for children, with 2 single bunk beds above 2 double Queen beds.

The staff offers discreet yet attentive service, and includes a maid, full-time chef, and English-speaking manager. Villa Peace is an ideally suited holiday home for parties of friends and family alike, and very conveniently located within easy reach of the island's main attractions and best beaches in northeast Koh Samui.

The villa is located on the sea front, about 15 minutes drive from Chaweng, 15 minutes from Bophut beach and Fisherman's Village, and 15 minutes from the airport.

Rates are for the entire property, with discounts for reduced occupancy as follows:
5+1 bedroom sleeps 10 adults + 4 children.
4+1 bedroom sleeps 8 adults + 4 children.

-Rates are exclusive of 10% service and 7% tax.
-Rates are inclusive of continental or Chinese breakfast, chef service, and daily maid service.
-Extra bed charge is $50++ USD per person.
-One airport transfer each way is complimentary.
-Minimum stay of 3 nights in low and standard season, 5 nights for Easter and CNY, 7 nights for Xmas or NY, and 10 nights for stays over Xmas and NY.
-Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 10:30, although early arrival and late departure may be requested subject to availability.
-Initial 30% of rental cost is required to secure a booking, with balance due 45 days prior to arrival, except for bookings over Xmas/NY and CNY, when balance is required 60 days prior to arrival.
