The main living area opens onto the limestone pool deck, with foldaway glass walls along the length of the room. The spacious and beautifully furnished open-plan living room includes a lounge, dining area, and kitchen. The lounge area features 2 enormous sofas facing the sea view and a 52” wall-mounted Sony Bravia TV, with satellite service, DVD player, iPod dock, and surround sound system. The oversize dining table seats 12 in comfort, and is served by a fully-equipped kitchen.

In the foreground of the view, a central feature of Villa Samayra is the 20 metre infinity-edge lap-pool, which is crafted from white terrazzo. At night, coloured underwater lighting creates a spectrum of mood effects in the inviting pool. The pool deck is furnished with luxurious circular oversize double-sun beds, with Sunbrella cushions and built-in parasols. The pool deck is partially covered, and extends to a larger patio at the far side of the living room, which is bordered by a waterfall feature. The limestone deck continues to a Koi pond, with master bedroom suite beyond, and stairs leading to the upper floor. Beyond the pool, a vast wooden deck faces the amazing sea views.

The 4 bedroom suites at Villa Samayra are generously proportioned, uncluttered, and elegantly furnished. Each bedroom opens on to a balcony and sea views through foldaway glass walls, and is equipped with 32” wall-mounted LCD TV, with UBC satellite and DVD player. The sumptuous en-suite bathrooms feature walk-in rain-showers, twin sinks, and free-standing terrazzo bath tubs. King-size beds are fitted in 2 of the bedrooms, while 2 have twin beds that can be converted to Kings with mattress toppers.

The master bedroom suite off the pool deck includes a dressing room. The deck outside the bedroom suite ends at a staircase that leads down to a wooden sun-deck, massage room, steam-room, as well as an outdoor shower, and access to the sea across the rocks. The 3 additional bedrooms are located on the floor above. All of the bedrooms open onto the limestone clad balcony. Both balconies and the pool deck are bordered by reinforced glass barriers for uninterrupted sea views. A kids dorm with bunk beds sleeps up to 6 children, and is located next to the master bedroom on the pool level.

Rates are for the entire property, with discounts for reduced occupancy as follows:
