Villa Sangkachai is a luxurious 4 bedroom home located within the exclusive Samujana estate, between Chaweng and Choeng Mon beaches. Stairs lead down from the entrance to the main living floor, which is arranged around an internal garden. Adjacent to the pool, under an open-sided pavilion, is a sunken lounge with oversize built-in sofas facing the sea views. The master bedroom suite occupies one corner of the main floor, opening onto a deck with direct access to the swimming pool. Each of the luxurious 4 double bedrooms features a King-size bed, iPod dock, TV, built-in wardrobes, sea views, and spectacular bathroom with indoor and outdoor rain showers, bath tub, and twin vanity.

Behind the master bedroom, and opening onto the garden, is a very well-equipped air-conditioned gym, with a wide range of machines and weights, TV, and glass wall. At the rear of the main living level is the dining room and kitchen, with a wooden dining table seating 8 in comfort. Foldaway glass walls allow for closed or open-sided dining in this elegant room. The fully-equipped kitchen interconnects with a concealed staff kitchen to the rear, for unobtrusive catering by the villa’s dedicated chef. Stairs lead up to a second living area on a covered rooftop upper deck, which includes a bar, BBQ, lounge, and Japanese-inspired sunken dining table.

Downstairs are 3 double bedroom suites, together with a fantastic club room and cinema. The club room is furnished with sumptuous leather sofas, a pool table, wine cellar, and bar, and is separated from the adjacent cinema by a glass wall. The soundproofed cinema has deep and luxuriant maroon sofa seating, padded wall coverings, and a large 3D projector screen connected to a server stocked with hundreds of movies.

The villa is located on a hillside, about 5 minutes drive from Chaweng, 3 minutes from Choeng Mon beach, with Santiburi Golf and Country club some 30 minutes drive away.

Rates are for the entire property, with discounts for reduced occupancy as follows:

-Rates are inclusive of breakfast, chef service, and airport transfers, one trip each way.
-Rates are exclusive of 10% service and 7% tax.
-Extra beds can be arranged, each at a charge of $75++ USD per night.
-A security deposit of $2500 USD is payable on check-in, to be refunded on departure less any damages or bills.
-Minimum stay of 3 nights in standard season, 5 nights during peak and high season dates, except for Xmas/NY, minimum of 7 nights.
-Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00, although early arrival and late departure may be requested subject to availability.
