Villa Sila is one of a mirrored pair of adjacent grand residences located directly on Maenam beach. At the heart of the property, the 15 by 5 metre swimming pool is surrounded by a grass lawn, with a stone deck to the rear. The pool is 90-160cm deep, and features mineral treated water, built-in stairs, and travertine coping covering the surrounding overflow. From this raised terrace overlooking the sea, stone stairs lead down to the beach below, which is quiet, and offers reliably good swimming.

At the far side of the pool is a spacious sala pavilion, with al-fresco dining for 14, a 6 burner gas BBQ kitchen, amplifier, and iPod dock. Behind the pool area, a large covered travertine deck is furnished with an outdoor lounge, with sofas and a coffee table, which seamlessly extends into the main living room. The open-plan living room features a vaulted wood panelled ceiling, a dining table seating 14, a lounge with 50” LED home theatre with satellite Apple TV, amplifier, and DVD. To the rear of the living room is a luxury commercial kitchen and pantry kitchen for casual use.

Landscaped gardens and travertine walkways interconnect the various pavilions around the property, housing 8 bedroom suites, all of which are equipped with satellite 40” or 50” smart TV/DVD, amplifier, and computer tables, built-in wardrobes, mini-bars, ceiling fans, and air-conditioning. Luxurious en-suite bathrooms include indoor and outdoor showers, double vanities, and bath tubs in 2 bathrooms. Bedroom suites include cotton bath robes and slippers, safes, large golf umbrellas, hair-dryers, and torches. Villa Sila is equipped with an automatic 100% back-up generator power supply.

The 7 main bedroom suites include 5 with King-size beds and 2 with twin beds, which can be made up as Kings with comfortable mattress toppers, offering a flexible configuration according to your requirements. The twin bedrooms interconnect to adjacent King bedrooms. Six of the bedroom suites open onto patios with outdoor seating. Two of the en-suite bathrooms feature Jacuzzi tubs. The kids’ dorm sleeps up to 6 children in 3 sets of full-size single bunk beds, and includes an adjacent TV lounge with Wii games console and 40” smart TV.

At the rear of the property, a stairs lead up to a communal first floor shared between Villa Sila and Villa Wayu. The first floor includes a multi-media room with adjacent pantry, and a large gym, fitted with commercial grade Life Fitness equipment, including a treadmill, cross trainer, upright bike, free weights, multi-gym, adjustable bench, Bosu ball, stretching mat, Reebok round roller, and medicine balls. The gym also has an adjacent sauna and bathroom. At each end of the first floor are outdoor massage sala pavilions facing the sea views.

A 30 seat conference centre below the first floor features an electric overhead projector and screen with Skype capability, DVD, amplifier, in-ceiling speakers, outdoor seating, and iPod dock. Underground parking is provided for 12 cars, and the property includes 24 hour security, with monitored infra-red motion detectors on all boundaries, and night guards on patrol.

Villa Sila is fully air-conditioned, and offers complimentary broadband WiFi internet throughout the property, indoor and outdoor speakers connected to the sound system, and a dedicated team of staff. The resident staff is available to cater to your every whim, and includes an English-speaking manageress, a qualified Thai chef, and maids.

Rates are for the entire property, with discounts for reduced occupancy as follows:
