Villa Syama is located on the scenic north-eastern tip of Koh Samui, overlooking Tongson Bay beach. The villa is designed in contemporary Thai style, decorated with local art and artifacts, and set against a lush tropical background. Entered through double wooden doors onto the pool deck, the villa’s stunning sea views and dramatic coastline are revealed. The extensive pool deck is furnished with sun-loungers. A pool-side sala pavilion offers a shaded refuge and al-fresco dining venue. The 32 sqm infinity-edge swimming pool blends into the seascape.

The living room features a comfortable lounge, a 42” plasma TV/DVD with a surround sound system, and a dining table seating 8. Foldaway glass doors open onto the pool deck and sea views beyond, and a door connects to the adjacent fully-equipped kitchen that also opens onto the pool deck. Stairs lead up from the kitchen to the top floor.

Upstairs, 2 mirrored master bedroom suites are separated by a comfortable lounge. Each of the large master suites features a dressing room, a large bathroom with sunken bath and walk-in rain shower, and a private balcony. The master bedrooms are completed with king-size beds, lounge areas, 32” LCD TV/DVDs, and breathtaking views.

Off the pool deck are 2 further en-suite bedrooms, a Queen-size double and a twin, each with LCD TV/DVD, and walk-in rain showers. Ceiling fans throughout and fresh sea breezes make the villa very comfortable throughout the year. Villa Syama includes complimentary WiFi internet connection.

Below the pool deck is an additional en-suite bedroom with Queen bed, balcony and sea views. Also on this lower floor is a games room with pool table.

The villa is located on a hillside, about 100 metres from Tongson Bay beach, 10 minutes drive from Chaweng, 5 minutes from Choeng Mon beach, with Santiburi Golf and Country club some 30 minutes drive away.

-Rates are inclusive of surcharges and continental breakfast.
-2 extra beds are available free of charge.
-Baby cots and high chairs can be provided free of charge upon request, subject to availability.
-Airport transfers are charged at 800 THB per trip.
-Minimum stay of 3 nights in standard season, and 5 nights during peak season dates; Chinese New Year, Easter, and Xmas/NY.
-A $1000 USD security deposit is required, to be refunded by bank transfer 7 days after departure, less any damages or incidental bills.
-Cook service can be arranged at a daily charge of 6000 THB, exclusive of provisions, and subject to availability.
