Villa Uno is a spacious and spectacular 4-bedroom holiday home, featuring 2 infinity-edge swimming pools, and an extensive gym. Located on a hilltop peninsula, between two coves on Koh Samui's north-eastern coast, this luxurious villa is fully serviced, and includes sunrise and sunset sea views.

Villa Uno has a lush landscaped tropical garden, with a centerpiece of cascading koi ponds with waterfalls that play a gentle lullaby. The property is designed over three floors with two wings, facing the opposing coastal views. The east wing overlooks Tongson Bay, which is around 200 metres away, and accessible on foot. The main living area of the east wing is designed around the pool, which includes a submerged seating section, and is flanked by a deck furnished with loungers, and a massage sala pavilion at one end. Behind the pool is a spacious verandah with an al-fresco lounge, and the adjacent air-conditioned gym, with numerous exercise machines, as well as Kinesis workout stations and free-weights. Adjacent to the gym are a sauna and changing room. Also opening onto the pool deck is the main open-plan living room, including a large lounge area facing a flat screen TV. Towards the pool, the indoor dining table seats 8 in comfort. The professional kitchen downstairs allows for unobtrusive catering.

On the upper floor of the east wing are the master bedroom and the second bedroom, each with private sea-view balconies with seating. Separating the two bedrooms is a terrace with a large Jacuzzi overlooking the sea. The master bedroom has a spectacular bathroom with a free-standing terrazzo bath tub, as well as a walk-in shower. Each of Villa Uno's four air-conditioned bedrooms also features ceiling fans, flat screen TVs, built-in wardrobes, safes, and lounge seating.

The west wing of the villa is designed around the second infinity-edge swimming pool, which also includes a submerged seating area facing the sea view. Loungers and parasols on the pool deck to the rear are supplemented by a large built-in sofa at one end, and a bar sala pavilion with barbeque and sound system at the opposing side. Elevated behind is a large games room, furnished with an antique, full-sized snooker table, together with ample sofa seating, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. An al-fresco dining set is positioned on the terrace outside. Opposite the games room is third bedroom suite, with the fourth identical en-suite bedroom directly above.

Villa Uno includes a private chef who can prepare and cook both Thai and Western dishes. Villa Uno additionally has a live-in maid and two handymen who take care of the pools, gardens, and general maintenance. On the lower level of the villa is the live-in maid's quarters and a fully-equipped, commercial kitchen. The villa includes high speed WiFi internet, an extensive security system, and an automated full power back-up generator.

The villa is located atop a headland between Samrong bay and Thongson Bay, about 5 minutes drive from Choeng Mon beach, 10 minutes from Chaweng, 10 minutes from the airport, with Santiburi Golf and Country club some 40 minutes drive away.

Rates are for the entire property, with discounts for reduced occupancy as follows:

-Rates are exclusive of 10% service and 7% tax.
-Rates are inclusive of continental or Chinese breakfast, chef service, and daily maid service.
-Extra bed charge is $50++ USD per person.
-One airport transfer each way is complimentary, with extra transfers charged at $45+ USD per trip for up to 9 passengers, and subject to 7% tax.
-Minimum stay of 3 nights in standard season, 5 nights during peak and high season dates, except for Xmas/NY, minimum of 7 nights.
-Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 10:30, although early arrival and late departure may be requested subject to availability.
-Initial 30% of rental cost is required to secure a booking, with balance due 45 days prior to arrival, except for bookings over Xmas/NY and CNY, when balance is required 60 days prior to arrival.
