seThai is
a contemporary styled 5 bedroom villa, conveniently located on the
hills of Chaweng Noi within easy reach of Chaweng and Lamai. This unique
private home is designed around the stunning sea views offered from its
elevated position, which are a feature of every room.
The main living area is an airy split level room, with a high vaulted ceiling,
and floor to ceiling glass walls onto the views. The upper level
includes a fitted kitchen, and a wooden dining table seating 10 in
comfort. Stairs lead down to the lower lounge area, which is furnished
with a sofa and coffee table, LCD TV, DVD, and sound system. The lounge
opens onto a balcony with a cocoon sofa, and stairs leading down to the
pool deck. The open-plan living room is air-conditioned, and also
benefits from great sea breezes.
The L-shaped infinity edge swimming pool blends into the sea view, and is
flanked by a sandwash sun-deck, fitted with loungers and an outdoor
shower. From the pool deck, stairs and a pathway lead down the garden to
a striking sala pavilion with BBQ and al-fresco dining set.
seThai’s 5 en-suite double bedrooms include 2 adjacent pairs of rooms on the top
floor and ground floor. Each of the bedrooms is air-conditioned,
spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, with a King bed, large
built-in wardrobe, and dark terrazzo flooring. The en-suite bathrooms
are fitted with custom-made terrazzo tubs, and walk-in rain showers, or
showers only. One bedroom on each floor includes a bathtub. The upstairs
bedrooms feature private seaview balconies, furnished with lounge chairs
and coffee tables, while the downstairs bedrooms open onto a shared
balcony overlooking the pool and sea views, with direct access to the
pool deck and living room.
seThai is equipped with fibre-optic broadband WiFi internet access. Satellite TV with DVD and sound system is provided in the
lounge area only, together with a selection of DVDs and music.
The nearby golf course is a scenic 9-hole, and within walking distance, some 700
metres away. Hiring a car is recommended for convenient access to
restaurants, shops, bars, and attractions in Chaweng and Lamai, within 5
minutes drive.
seThai is an affordable and stylish hideaway, conveniently located within easy
reach of Samui’s best beaches and main attractions, and an ideal holiday
venue for friends and families alike. seThai includes a resident staff
of 2, who are on hand to clean, make beds, and can cook Thai and Italian
meals at a nominal charge.

The villa is located on a hillside, about 5 minutes drive from Chaweng to the north and Lamai to
the south, 15 minutes from Bophut Fisherman’s village,
with Santiburi Golf and Country club some 30 minutes drive away, and
RSGCC golf course just 700 metres away.
