Lime Villa 2, also known as Splash, is an ultra-modern and stylish 5 bedroom home, located high on the hills overlooking spectacular 180 degree sunset sea views over Koh Samui’s west coast, which encompass The Five Islands, Angthong Marine Park, and peninsular Thailand beyond. Following the architect’s critically acclaimed Samujana, the Lime villas are unmistakably GFAB creations, with generous proportions, free-flowing indoor-outdoor spaces, huge infinity-edge pools, luxurious bathrooms, and intelligent design. At Lime, the more secluded location benefits from larger plots, with greater privacy, and a higher standard of service, including a dedicated villa manager, and private chef.

The stone-tiled infinity-edge swimming pool dominates the main living floor, which offers a plethora of lounging venues. 20 metres long and 120-180cm deep, the pool is flanked by a white sandwash deck and furnished with sun loungers. At the far end of the pool is a sala pavilion on the outer edge, offering an idyllic al fresco lounge, with sofas and a double day-bed. Behind the sala is an outdoor BBQ. The indoor living area opens seamlessly onto the pool deck and views, with foldaway floor-to-ceiling glass walls. The vast open-plan living room includes a sunken lounge with built-in sofas around a coffee table, facing views. An elegant formal dining table seats 10 in comfort, served by the fully equipped kitchen with a large breakfast bar. Complimentary WiFi internet is available throughout the property.

All five of the en-suite bedrooms at Lime Villa 2 are spacious, luxurious, and highly specified. Other than the kids’ bedroom, which has 4 single bunk beds, all bedrooms are doubles, with large LCD TVs, built-in wardrobes, safes, and walk-in rain showers. Two of the double bedrooms also feature free-standing terrazzo bath tubs.

Lime Villa 2 includes a luxurious home cinema room, with sound-proofed walls, deep sofa seating, and a 3 metre projector screen. Additional attractions include a library, a games room with a pool table and built-in sofa seating, and an adjacent spa room furnished with professional massage beds. A fully equipped gym opening onto a deck and sea views completes the facilities at Lime Villa 2.

An experienced English-speaking manageress is on hand to assist you throughout your stay, and all meals are catered by a dedicated Thai chef. A chauffeured SUV is available for trips to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and tours around the island for up to 6 passengers, and a second SUV from Lime Villa 4 may also be utilised by larger parties if needed, subject to availability.

For larger parties, Lime Villa 2 can be combined with the neighbouring sister property, Lime Villa 4.

Located on the West coast of Koh Samui, 10 minutes from the ferry port of Nathon and 35 kms from Samui’s international airport. Santiburi Championship golf course is 25 minutes drive away.

Daily Villa Rates 2024
Rates are for the entire property, with discounts for reduced occupancy as follows:
5 bedrooms, sleeping up to 10.
4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 8.
3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 6.

-Rates are exclusive of 10% service and 7% tax.
-Extra bed charge is $50++ USD per person.
-Rates are inclusive of continental breakfast, in-villa chef service, and airport transfers, one trip each way.
-Additional airport transfers are charged at $50+ USD per trip, and subject to 7% tax.
-Minimum stay of 3 nights in standard season, 5 nights over CNY, and 7 nights over Xmas/NY.
