Lime Villa 4, or Villa Zest, is an ultra-modern and stylish 5 bedroom home, located high on the hills overlooking spectacular 180 degree sunset sea views over Koh Samui’s west coast, which encompass The Five Islands, Angthong Marine Park, and peninsular Thailand beyond. Following the architect’s critically acclaimed Samujana, the Lime villas are unmistakably GFAB creations, with generous proportions, free-flowing indoor-outdoor spaces, huge infinity-edge pools, luxurious bathrooms, and intelligent design. At Lime, the more secluded location benefits from larger plots, with greater privacy, and a higher standard of service, including a dedicated villa manager, and private chef.

The stone-tiled infinity-edge swimming pool dominates the main living floor, which offers a plethora of dining and lounging venues. 20 metres long and 120-160cm deep, the pool is flanked by a white sandwash deck and furnished with sun loungers. At the far end of the pool is a wooden deck, with a dramatic sala pavilion on the outer edge, offering an idyllic al fresco dining venue. Behind the dining sala is an outdoor BBQ kitchen, and an open air lounge with deep cushioned sofa seating. The indoor living area opens seamlessly onto the pool deck and views, with foldaway floor-to-ceiling glass walls. The vast open-plan living room includes a sunken lounge with built-in sofas around a coffee table, facing both the views and a large wall-mounted LCD TV. An elegant formal dining table seats 10 in comfort. A fully equipped kitchen with a large breakfast bar and a huge wine cellar complete the living room at Lime Villa 4. Stairs lead up to an office lounge with iMac computer and a telescope, as well as sofas indoors and outdoors on the balcony. Complimentary high speed fibre optic WiFi internet is available throughout the property.

At the far side of the pool deck is a kids’ bedroom with 4 bunk beds, and a large 3D LCD TV with Sony Playstation. Apart from direct access to the pool, the kids’ room opens onto a garden area to the rear, with a trampoline, and zip line to tree house. All five of the bedrooms at Lime Villa Zest are spacious, luxurious, and highly specified, with large LCD TVs, built-in wardrobes, safes, and free standing terrazzo bath tubs. The 4 master bedrooms with King-size beds also feature walk-in rain showers. A fully equipped gym opening onto a deck and sea views completes the facilities at Lime Villa 4.

An experienced English-speaking manageress is on hand to assist you throughout your stay, and all meals are catered by a dedicated Thai chef. A chauffeured SUV is available for trips to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and tours around the island for up to 6 passengers, and a second SUV from Lime Villa 2 may also be utilised by larger parties if needed, subject to availability.

For larger parties, Lime Villa 4 can be combined with the neighbouring sister property, Lime Villa 2.

Rates are for the entire property, with discounts for reduced occupancy as follows:
5 bedrooms, sleeping up to 10.
4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 8.
3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 6.

-Rates are exclusive of 10% service and 7% tax.
-Extra bed charge is $50++ USD per person.
-Rates are inclusive of continental breakfast, in-villa chef service, and airport transfers, one trip each way.
-Additional airport transfers are charged at $50+ USD per trip, and subject to 7% tax.
-Minimum stay of 3 nights in standard season, 5 nights over CNY, and 7 nights over Xmas/NY.
-Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00, although early arrival and late departure up to 15:00 may be requested subject to availability.
