A meandering pathway through the grounds leads to stairs that access the pool area and house. The property is designed in 2 thatch-roofed buildings, with white interiors and foldaway glass walls. All rooms open onto a shady veranda and beautiful sea views.

The 8.5x2 metre pool is situated between the living and sleeping pavilions. At the end of the pool is a casual lounge area with a circular sofa bed and bean bag seating.

Light and airy, the open-plan living room features a comfortable lounge, an elegant dining set seating 6, and a designer kitchen. The living room opens onto a veranda and large deck to the front, furnished with a large U-shaped sofa overlooking a beautiful seascape encompassing the Five Islands. At the rear, the living room opens onto a vertanda with an al-freco dining set seating 6, and an open staircase leads to the loft suite and roof terrace.

The large loft bedroom suite featues a double bed, sofa bed, and LCD satellite TV/DVD. The bedroom and lounge areas can be separated by a curtain wall for privacy. A bathroom with walk-in rain shower is located to the rear of the loft, and opens onto a dressing area with built-in wardrobes. Both the lounge and bathroom open onto a spacious roof terrace, furnished with sofas and tables, facing the sea views to the front, and mountains to the rear.

The 2 en-suite bedrooms on the ground floor both feature great sea views, built-in wardrobes, and indoor-outdoor bathrooms with garden rain-showers. The master bedroom is furnished with a romantic four-poster bed, veiled in white netting. The adjacent second bedroom has twin beds.

Rates are for the entire property, with discounts for reduced occupancy as follows:

-Rates are exclusive of 10% service, and 7% tax.
-Extra bed charge is $50++ USD per person.
-Rates are inclusive of breakfast and airport transfers, one trip each way.
-Additional airport transfers are charged at $50+ USD per trip, and subject to 7% tax.
-Minimum stay of 3 nights in standard season, 5 nights during peak and high season dates, except for Xmas/NY, minimum of 7 nights over Xmas or NY, or 10 nights over Xmas and NY.
-Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00, although early arrival and late departure up to 15:00 may be requested subject to availability.
-Balance payment is required no less than 75 days in advance of arrival. For bookings within 75 days of arrival, full payment is required to secure reservations.
