The Headland Villa 5 is a stylish hideaway perched on a steep incline overlooking breathtaking sunset sea views over the west coast of Koh Samui and the five islands beyond. This fully air-conditioned 4 bedroom home features an infinity-edge pool, and stairway access to the white powder sand beach of Taling Ngam.

All rooms open onto a shady veranda and beautiful sea views. The villa's multi-level layout features dedicated spaces for both adults and children, with bright, white interiors, luxurious furnishings, ceiling fans throughout, and seamless indoor and outdoor living spaces.

The infinity-edge 3.2 by 8.6 metre swimming pool is stone-tiled, with integrated stairs. Flanked by wooden benches at either end, the pool is surrounded by a grass lawn on 3 sides, with lush tropical foliage borders beyond. Adjacent to the pool is a wooden deck, and a thatched sala pavilion, with comfortable sofas facing the pool and dramatic sea views.

The bright and airy open-plan main living room includes a lounge furnished with plush couches and armchairs, and a beautiful fully-equipped fitted kitchen with espresso machine. To the rear of the living room is the dining area, with a long table seating 10 set on a patio, with a retractable awning. The living room includes a stereo system, while the TV den is located in an adjacent loft lounge, which is furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs, a study desk with sea views, and a large wall-mounted LCD screen.

On the opposite side of the house is a second TV room/kids playroom, with a foosball table, wavy sofa, LCD TV, and various toys. This playroom is interconnected with the pool-facing twin bedroom through an en-suite bathroom. This twin bedroom includes a third single bed on a mezzanine platform accessed by a ladder. The second twin bedroom is located on a mezzanine floor above the living room.

The 2 remaining bedrooms are masters with double beds. The master bedroom located between the twin bedroom and the living room features a 4-poster king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a private garden courtyard to the rear, with a free-standing terrazzo bath tub. The second double bedroom is more secluded, located in a separate wing, and features a private balcony overlooking the sea.

The Headland Villa 5 is set on a secluded escarpment over Taling Ngam beach, which is accessed down a flight of stairs. The newly opened Intercontinental Samui resort is conveniently located next door, offering a range of restaurants, bars, and a spa. Accommodating up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, the villa is ideally suited to 2 families.

Daily Villa Rates 2022
Rates are for the entire property, with 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 8.

-Rates are exclusive of 10% service, and 7% tax.
-Extra bed charge is $50++ USD per person.
-Rates are inclusive of breakfast, chef service, and airport transfers, one trip each way.
-Additional airport transfers are charged at $50+ USD per trip, and subject to 7% tax.
-Minimum stay of 3 nights in standard season, 5 nights during peak and high season dates, except for Xmas/NY, minimum of 7 nights over Xmas or NY, or 10 nights over Xmas and NY.
-Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00, although early arrival and late departure up to 15:00 may be requested subject to availability.
-Balance payment is required no less than 75 days in advance of arrival. For bookings within 75 days of arrival, full payment is required to secure reservations.
