Villa Anar is luxurious 5-bedroom beachfront house located on Bang Por beach on Koh Samui's northwest coast. Designed in minimalist architecture with stylish interiors, Villa Anar's living areas blend an open-plan living room with the deck, pool, garden, and beach.

At the heart of the property, the stone-tiled infinity-edge swimming pool extends across the front of the living room and opposing master bedroom suite. Wooden decks on two sides of the living room are furnished with sun loungers, and appear to float on the water, while the pool extends into a shallow ledge, providing a further platform for sunbathing. Beyond the pool, a lawn furnished with a circular lounger and canopied sala, extends to the quiet secluded beach.

The living room features a granite stone wall, terrazzo floor, and sliding glass walls on two sides. Closest to the pool is a lounge area with a sofa set facing the pool, beach, and sea views, as well as a large LCD TV. A centrally positioned wooden dining table seats 10 in comfort, served by the designer kitchen to the rear. The well-equipped kitchen includes a built-in oven, microwave, espresso machine, and wine fridge, and an island bar with a halogen hob, gas burners, and teppanyaki plate or plancha. Behind the guest kitchen is a staff kitchen, for unobtrusive catering by the villa's chef. A large gas BBQ on the deck completes the catering facilities.

Each of Villa Anar's five en-suite bedrooms is furnished with a King-size bed, chair, reading lamps, built-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with walk-in rain shower. The master bedroom includes an additional oversize free-standing terrazzo bath tub, twin vanities, and opens onto a private balcony terrace overhanging the pool, with great sea views, and furnished with lounge chairs.

An attractive and comfortable holiday home, Villa Anar is ideally suited to couples, friends, or families. Complimentary chef service is included for in-villa catering. The restaurants, bars, and spa at The Four Seasons resort are a few hundred metres away to the west, while a great range of affordable local Thai seafood restaurants can be found along the coast to the east.

The villa is located directly on the beach front, around the corner from The Four Seasons, within 10 minutes from Nathon town, about 40 minutes drive from Chaweng to the east, 45 minutes from the airport, with Santiburi Golf and Country club some 15 minutes drive away.

Rates are for the entire property, with discounts for reduced occupancy as follows:
5 bedroom sleeps 10.
4 bedroom sleeps 8.

-Rates are exclusive of 10% service and 7% tax.
-Rates are inclusive of continental or Chinese breakfast, chef service, and daily maid service.
-Extra bed charge is $50++ USD per person.
-One airport transfer each way is complimentary, with extra transfers charged at $45+ USD per trip for up to 9 passengers, and subject to 7% tax.
-Minimum stay of 3 nights in low and standard season, 5 nights for Easter and CNY, 7 nights for Xmas or NY, and 10 nights for stays over Xmas and NY.
-Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 10:30, although early arrival and late departure may be requested subject to availability.
-Initial 30% of rental cost is required to secure a booking, with balance due 45 days prior to arrival, except for bookings over Xmas/NY and CNY, when balance is required 60 days prior to arrival.
