Villa Manta is a modern and luxurious seafront property overlooking sunset views across the northeastern tip of Koh Samui. The main living area faces a 17 metre infinity-edge swimming pool, tiled in Balinese stone. Comfortable sun loungers are arranged on the limestone pool terrace, which extends into a large veranda that covers the width of the villa. This shaded and fan-cooled open-air living space includes dining table seating 8, a large gas BBQ, and a round sofa. Foldaway glass doors connect the veranda to the open-plan air-conditioned living room, which includes a spacious lounge, dining area, and kitchen.

The lounge features a huge leather sofa, facing a wall-mounted Smart TV, with satellite, internet, movie library, and Bose surround sound. A tripod-mounted telescope offers closer views of the action on the bay, including raptors, which can often be seen during the early morning and late afternoon. The fully equipped fitted kitchen includes a second dining table with ample seating. The living area also features a slate-bed pool table.

Stairs lead down from the pool deck to a terraced lawn above the rocky shore. Access to the sea is possible for snorkeling or kayaking. 2 double kayaks are available with 2 large and 2 small life-jackets. The nearby islet of Koh Som offers a desert-island beach a short paddle away. Nearby swimming beaches on Koh Samui include Thongson bay, Samrong bay, and Choeng Mon beach.

To the rear of the property, the 4 bedroom suites are arranged over two floors, and include 3 Kings and 1 twin. Work desks and fitted wardrobes with safes are included. The en-suite bathrooms feature large free-standing tubs and separate rain showers. The bedrooms open onto private terraces with tables for two, facing the spectacular sea views. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TV systems with access to over 400 movies, international TV channels, and high speed internet.

The resident staff offers discreet yet attentive service. Chef service is available for lunch and dinner at extra cost.

The villa is located on a hillside, about 15 minutes drive from Chaweng, 5 minutes from Bophut beach and Fisherman's Village, and 15 minutes from the airport, with Santiburi Golf and Country club some 20 minutes drive away.

Rates are for the entire property, with discounts for reduced occupancy as follows:

-Rates are inclusive of continental breakfast and airport transfers, one trip each way.
