The curvaceous pool includes a shallow ledge for lounging by the swim-up wet bar, submerged seating to take in the view along the infinity-edge, and sophisticated lighting. Comfortable sun loungers are arranged on the limestone pool terrace, which extends into a large veranda that covers the width of the villa. This shaded and fan-cooled open-air living space includes a dining table seating 8, and a lounge set with armchairs and a sofa. Foldaway glass doors connect the veranda to the open-plan air-conditioned living room, which includes a spacious lounge, casual dining area, and kitchen.

The lounge features a large sofa, facing a wall-mounted the state of the art multimedia entertainment system with 65"curve 4K ultra HD 3D Smart TV and complete integrated surround sound speaker system throughout the indoor and outdoor living areas.

Stairs lead down from the pool deck to a terraced lawn above the rocky shore, with bean bag seating. Access to the sea is possible for snorkeling or kayaking. The nearby islet of Koh Som offers a desert-island beach a short paddle away. Nearby swimming beaches on Koh Samui include Thongson bay, Samrong bay, and Choeng Mon beach.

To the rear of the property, the 4 bedroom suites, including 3 Kings and 1 twin, are arranged over two floors. Fitted wardrobes with safes and desk space are included. The en-suite bathrooms feature twin vanities with carved marble sinks, large Jacuzzi bathtubs, and separate rain showers. The bedrooms open onto private terraces with tables and lounge chairs for two, facing the spectacular sea views. The villa is located on a hillside, about 15 minutes drive from Chaweng, 5 minutes from Bophut beach and Fisherman's Village, and 15 minutes from the airport, with Santiburi Golf and Country club some 20 minutes drive away.

Daily Villa Rates 2020
Rates are for the entire property, with discounts for reduced occupancy as follows:

-Rates are inclusive of breakfast, chef service, and airport transfers.
-All rates are specified in US Dollars, exclusive of 10% service and 7% tax.
-Extra bed charge is $50++ USD per person.
-Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00, although early arrival and late departure up to 15:00 may be requested subject to availability.
-A security deposit of $1000 USD, or cash equivalent, is required on arrival, to be refunded on departure, less any damages and outstanding bills.
-Minimum stay of 3 nights in standard season, 5 nights during peak and high season dates, except for Xmas/NY, minimum of 7 nights over Xmas or NY, or 10 nights over Xmas and NY.
